By accessing or using our website, membership platform, courses, events, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
- By joining CRCC, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
- We reserve the right to refuse membership or access to anyone for any reason.
2. Membership & Payments
- Memberships are sold on an annual basis, unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed through Stripe, ThriveCart, or other secure third-party processors.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
- Payment plans must be completed in full. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of your membership and a formal report to the credit bureau.
3. Services & Content
- CRCC provides access to digital courses, community forums, coaching materials, virtual events, and optional in-person experiences.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
- Your membership includes personal use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute our materials without written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, frameworks, graphics, and branding provided by CRCC are the intellectual property of CRCC and/or its affiliates.
- You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Services
- CRCC may provide links or perks through third-party businesses (“Partners”).
- We are not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of these Partners. Any issues must be addressed directly with the Partner.
7. Events & Travel
- For in-person events (including the Concrete Rose Cruise), you are responsible for your own travel, lodging, and compliance with health/safety requirements.
- CRCC is not liable for cancellations, delays, or injuries related to travel or third-party event providers.
- Event deposits and tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Disclaimer
- CRCC is an educational, coaching, and lifestyle membership platform. We do not guarantee any specific financial, career, or lifestyle outcomes.
- All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your membership in the twelve months preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mahoning County, Ohio.
4. User Conduct
As a CRCC member, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect and professionalism.
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior in community spaces (virtual or in-person).
- Not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content within CRCC platforms.
- Respect confidentiality of other members (no sharing private discussions outside the community).
Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
11. Chnges to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
