That’s what the Concrete Rose Country Club is all about.
I didn’t create Concrete Rose Country Club to add one more program to your plate. I created it because I’ve lived the burnout. I’ve chased success that looked good on paper but left me exhausted, overextended, and over it.
A few years ago, I was doing all the things — hustling in client work, chasing revenue, juggling brands, attending networking events, swallowing burnout, and whispering to myself, “There’s got to be a better way.”
I’m Kierra Asnauskas, founder of Concrete Rose Country Club — and I believe high-achieving women shouldn’t have to sacrifice their peace, style, or soul in order to win. I birthed Concrete Rose Country Club because I got tired of watching women burn out, hide their desires for a soft life, or feel stuck between being “successful” and being fulfilled.
Before Concrete Rose, I built courses, frameworks, and community around productivity, entrepreneurship, self-care — and I tested what truly moves people. But somewhere along the way, I saw that the missing piece wasn’t more tools or tactics. It was a container: a sisterhood, a lifestyle, a framework that honors ambition and softness.
So I created a blueprint — Conquer Your Chaos, Conquer Your Career, Conquer Your Soft Life — that teaches structure, strategy, and self-care as equals. Then I backed it with a community, high-touch experiences, and a Little Black Book of perks to elevate every area of life.
