Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: October 2025
At Concrete Rose Country Club (“CRCC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to deliver a high-value, luxury membership experience. Because of the digital and exclusive nature of our Services, we have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
2. Event Registrations (Retreats, Dinners, Cruise, etc.)
- All event deposits are non-refundable.
- Full payments for in-person events are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by CRCC.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another approved participant with written notice to CRCC at least 30 days prior to the event.
- No credits, refunds, or transfers will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
1. General Memberships & Digital Products
- All memberships, courses, workbooks, and digital resources are non-refundable once purchased, due to immediate access to proprietary materials and community resources.
- If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all installments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
3. Subscriptions & Renewals
- Annual memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- You may cancel your renewal at any time by contacting us at hello@concreterosecountryclub.com before your renewal date.
- Canceling prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for the current term.
4. Workshops & Virtual Events
- Registration for live virtual workshops or retreats is non-refundable once access is granted.
- If you cannot attend live, recordings or materials (if provided) will be made available, and no refunds will be issued. In special cases, we may allow your access to be transferred to someone else.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies may arise. Requests for refunds in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at CRCC’s sole discretion.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting CRCC is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with documentation of your purchase, engagement, and participation.
